改革开放以来,建筑业的各项工程技术都得到了改进。作为建筑工程施工项目管理的核心——质量管理,也越来越受到社会各界的关注。目前,建筑工程项目施工的管理水平不高,情况不容乐观。特别是中国加入世界贸易组织以来,建筑商为了追求更高的利益,忽略了质量管理。随着建筑材料价格的上涨,更是助长了这种不良风气的蔓延,建筑工程项目施工质量管理刻不容缓。建筑企业在生产过程中需要一套完整的、严格的质量管理体系,重视企业文化的建设,才能在建筑市场上站稳脚跟,得到社会和消费者的认可。
