本文叙述拱坝在强烈地震响应时,可能发生的非线性机理的试验研究。文中讨论了在振动台上进行模型试验时所观测到的三种非线性型式:坝段接缝张开,悬臂梁开裂,以及上游坝面处库水发生的气穴。用模拟原型坝一薄片水平断面的拼接拱圈模型试验说明坝段接缝开裂现象;用重力坝断面模型研究悬臂梁的开裂和库水在坝面处气穴机理。研究的主要结论是:振动台试验提供了一种研究混凝土拱坝非线性地震响应并包括真实破坏机理的实用手段。
This paper describes the experimental study on the nonlinear mechanism that may occur during the strong earthquake response of arch dams. The paper discusses three types of nonlinearities observed during the model tests on the shaking table: the joints of the dam section are open, the cantilever beams are cracked, and cavitation occurred in the reservoir water at the upstream dam surface. The spliced arch circle model test of a thin horizontal section of a prototype prototype dam is used to illustrate the cracking of joints in the dam section. The cracking of the cantilever beam and the cavitation mechanism of the reservoir water at the dam surface are studied by the section model of the gravity dam. The main conclusion of the study is that shaking table test provides a practical method to study the nonlinear seismic response of concrete arch dam and include the true failure mechanism.
