南阳段膨胀土试验段目的是为南水北调中线膨胀土渠段提出安全可靠、经济合理的处理措施及施工方法等。南水北调工程涉及国计民生,有着更为严格的要求。提供优质的安全、质量控制管理服务也是监理单位体现核心竞争力的一种要求,是现场监理机构工作的根本。文章结合笔者一年多项目管理经验,提出以下安全、质量控制管理体会,以供探讨。
The purpose of the expansive soil test section of Nanyang section is to provide safe, reliable, economical and reasonable treatment measures and construction methods for the midline expansion of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. South-to-North Water Diversion Project involves people’s livelihood, with more stringent requirements. Providing high-quality safety and quality control management services is also a requirement of supervisory units to reflect their core competencies and is the foundation for the work of on-site supervision agencies. The article combines the author more than a year project management experience, put forward the following safety, quality control management experience for discussion.
