在石油化工过程检测中,差压变送器占有很重要的地位。这不仅是因为它的数量在各种化工过程检测仪表中占有很大比例,而且因为其流量的精确测量和控制对于提高产品质量、降低单耗、节约能源等方面起着极重要的作用。从检测控制系统角度来看,如果没有高精确度、高可靠性的差压变送器和正确的测量方法,这个系统就不能算是一个优良的系统。因此,了解、分析、研究差压变送器在石油化工过程检测中的使用情况和故障分布情况,并提出正确的维护保养措施是很重要的。本文以上海石油化工总厂年产11.5万吨乙烯装置上所用的从日本横河电机引进的差压变送器为例,根据我们几年来的使用情况,对其作一较详细的分析。 1.差压变送器的使用状况为确保石油化工生产装置的正常运转,必须配以
