芹菜属于耐寒蔬菜,它的根系浅,吸收肥水能力弱,而地上部生长量大,叶片多,蒸腾量也大。因此,要求种在土壤肥沃,保水保肥能力强的地块。水肥供应不良的环境条件会导致生长速度慢,纤维多,品质差。
Celery belongs to hardy vegetables, its root system shallow, weak ability to absorb fertilizer, and the growth of large parts of the ground, more leaves, transpiration is also large.
