采用紫外分光光度法对三个厂家四个批号的尼卡地平片进行溶出度测定，求得的Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ和ｍ参数具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示尼卡地平片有必要把溶出度测定作为其质量控制标准之一。
The dissolution of Nicardipine tablets from four factories in three factories was determined by UV spectrophotometry.
