一、树立先进教育理念,奠定学校发展思想基础一个学校的办学理念,是一个学校的精神结晶,是学校的灵魂,是形成这个学校办学特色的基石。观念决定思路,思路决定出路。一个学校最大的落后往往是观念上的落后。学校要持续发展,必须重视对学校发展战略的思考。文澜中学秉承学军中学办学理念,十分重视以开拓创新的精神从事教育改革,十分重视学生兴趣特长的培养与学生个性的发展,十分重视创设浓厚的校园文化氛围。学校提出了以学生发展为本,确立了“学教和谐,因人施教,发展个性,提高素质”的办学思想。这一先进的教育理念,奠定了文澜中学发展的思想基础。
