从快速光固化成型的基本原理和含能材料的特点出发,研究分析了快速光固化炸药可能存在的危险因素,并计算和测试了其密度和爆速。通过进行原材料间的相容性、炸药的机械感度和测试快速光固化过程中炸药的温升等分析,UVX-1配方药浆放气量小于0.21mL/g,UVX-1配方药粒撞击感度、摩擦感度分别为28%、24%,其10%~15%光强条件下固化温度最高为65℃,表明快速光固化配方研究过程安全可行。最后根据快速光固化炸药工艺特点,提出了防护措施与建议。
Based on the basic principles of rapid photo-curing and the characteristics of energetic materials, the possible risk factors of rapid photocurable explosives were analyzed and studied. The density and detonation velocity were calculated and tested. Through the analysis of the compatibility between the raw materials, the mechanical sensitivity of the explosives and the temperature rise of the explosives during the test of rapid light curing, the deflated amount of the UVX-1 formula slurry is less than 0.21 mL / g, the impact sensitivity of the UVX- Frictional sensitivities were 28% and 24%, respectively. The highest curing temperature was 65 ℃ under 10% -15% light intensity, which indicated that the research of fast light curing formula was safe and feasible. Finally, based on the characteristics of rapid light-cured explosives technology, proposed protective measures and recommendations.
