(一) 在班集体建设中,几十名来自不同家庭和社会环境的学生能否和睦相处、团结友爱、携手奋进,是决定班集体能否形成的一个重要因素。我在多年的班主任工作实践中,一个突出的感觉是:最近几年来,青少年学生的思想尤为活跃,他们想得很多。这些“想”,有的是比较客观地想昨天、今天、明天,想人、想事;有的是加上主观臆测的成分想;有的是捕捉住某些现象,在“推理”的基础上想。在这些“想”的同时,他们时而情绪激昂地指点江山,谈自己的理想、抱负;时而又不无感叹地怨天尤人,遗憾客观条件妨碍了他们大展宏图。总之,他们的心绪波动很大,如果在没有稳定的、良好的心
