“心理契约”是近年来国内外管理学研究中的焦点之一。本文简要介绍了“心理契约”这一概念的提出和构成要素,并试图通过对中国内地一个具有代表性的地级城市广播电视台——广东省惠州广播电视台员工对其所在单位的“组织责任”完成情况的满意程度调查,分析心理契约理论在媒介人力资源管理中的适用性以及中国内地媒介人力资源管理中存在的问题。同时,本文在此次调查的基础上,借助心理契约理论阐述了媒介员工责任感建构的具体措施。
“Psychological Contract ” is one of the focuses of management studies at home and abroad in recent years. This article briefly introduced the concept of “psychological contract ” and put forward the elements of the concept, and tried to pass on a representative of mainland China, a local radio and television stations - Huizhou radio and television workers in Guangdong Province of their units Organizational Responsibility ", and analyze the applicability of the theory of psychological contract in the management of media human resources and the problems in the management of media human resources in mainland China. At the same time, on the basis of this investigation, this paper elaborates the concrete measures of the media staff’s responsibility construction with the help of the psychological contract theory.
