上海自贸区建设离不开资本市场综合金融服务的支持,同时也将为资本市场的进一步改革开放提供巨大的机遇2013年9月29日上海自贸区正式挂牌。上海自贸区展现了当前政府改革的新思路,是制度创新的起点。金融领域的创新是上海自贸区最大的亮点之一,本文基于国务院公布的自贸区总体方案和证监会出台的政策支持措施,探讨了构建上海自贸区与资本市场发展之间良性互动关系的可行性。
The construction of Shanghai FTZ is inseparable from the comprehensive financial services in the capital market and will also provide tremendous opportunities for further reform and opening up of the capital market. September 29, 2013 Shanghai Free Trade Zone is officially listed. Shanghai Free Trade Zone shows the new thinking of current government reform and is the starting point of system innovation. The innovation in the financial field is one of the biggest bright spots in the Shanghai FTZ. Based on the overall program of the FTZ announced by the State Council and the policy support measures promulgated by the CSRC, this article explores the benign interaction between the establishment of the Shanghai FTZ and the development of the capital market Feasibility.
