目的探讨预缺血后短暂灌注(快速预缺血)对兔脑再缺血的影响。方法股动脉放血至平均动脉压35~40mmHg时,阻断双侧颈总动脉诱导脑缺血。20只兔随机分为对照组:脑缺血10min;实验组:脑缺血3min灌注30min后、脑再缺血10min,观察两组脑再缺血3、10d海马CA1区正常神经元密度。结果实验组脑缺血3d后海马CA1区正常神经元密度明显高于对照组,实验组脑缺血10d后海马CA1区正常神经元密度与对照组无明显差异。结论快速预缺血对兔脑再缺血具有保护作用,但仅出现在再灌注3d后而非10d后。
Objective To investigate the effect of transient ischemic preconditioning on ischemia reperfusion in rabbits. Methods The femoral artery was bled to mean arterial pressure 35 ~ 40mmHg, blocking bilateral common carotid artery induced cerebral ischemia. Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n = 10): ischemia group (n = 10); experimental group: cerebral ischemia group (n = 30) Results The normal neurons in hippocampal CA1 area of experimental group after cerebral ischemia for 3d were significantly higher than those of control group. The normal neuron density of hippocampal CA1 area in experimental group after 10 days of cerebral ischemia had no significant difference with that of control group. Conclusions Rapid ischemic preconditioning has protective effect on ischemia reperfusion in rabbits, but only after reperfusion for 3 days but not after 10 days.
