在36岁的黄金年龄里,李绍波选择了全方位的改变。地域上,他从东北来到江南,行业上,他从做了十几年的电气自动化转到陌生的IT业,企业性质上,他从国企进入民营。现在他是上海华旗资讯数码科技公司经理。决定从国企走出来,是因为觉得换一个环境更能发挥能力、体现人生价值。可以说,来到南方的四年里,李绍波的生活和工作都发生了很大的变化。但是从谈话中,我们更加注意的反而是他身上原本就有的一些素质。也许正是这些相对没有改变的东西才是带给他无数变化的真正原因。
At the golden age of 36, Li Shaobo opted for a full range of changes. Geographically, he came from the northeast to the south of the industry. He moved from a decade of electrical automation to an unfamiliar IT industry. In the enterprise nature, he entered the private sector from a state-owned enterprise. Now he is the manager of Shanghai Huaqi Information Digital Technology Company. The decision to step out of the state-owned enterprises is because they feel that changing an environment is more capable and reflects the value of their lives. It can be said that Li Shaobo’s life and work have undergone tremendous changes in the four years that he came to the south. But from the conversation, what we pay more attention to is actually some of the qualities that he had. Perhaps it is these relatively unchanged things that are the real causes of innumerable changes.
