砂粒是一种价格低廉、工程应用方便的材料,它具有耐油污和高温、不易老化以及抗冲击等许多优点。在机械结构中充填颗粒状材料可以显著提高结构阻尼,这一阻尼技术方法称为无碍性颗粒阻尼处理,目前愈来愈受到人们的重视。本文在分析了充砂结构的阻尼损耗因子的影响参数后,对杆结构的封砂阻尼处理进行了动、静态试验研究。试验结果与理论相符合,表明了封砂阻尼结构是提高杆结构动态稳定性能的一种经济、行之有效的方法。
Sand is a cheap, easy to use engineering materials, it has oil and heat, not easy to aging and impact and many other advantages. In the mechanical structure of granular materials can significantly increase the structural damping, the damping technology called unimpeded particle damping process, now more and more people’s attention. After analyzing the influence parameters of the damping loss factor of the sand-filled structure, the paper studies the dynamic and static test of the sand-damping process of the rod structure. The experimental results are consistent with the theory, which shows that the structure of sand seal is an economical and effective method to improve the dynamic stability of the rod structure.
