湘潭市连城宾馆总经理王东常,1945年生于湖南省湘潭县齐白石的家乡。他自幼崇拜白石老人,酷爱书画。60年代,王东常由北京国际关系学院毕业后,自愿到名人荟萃,风景秀丽的南岳工作。他利用南岳书画社的优势,潜心钻研国画艺术,得到北京、上海、广州及国外众多名家的指导。1986年,王东常调任湘潭市外事办副主任,后又调到湘潭市莲城宾馆任总经理至今。为追求白石艺术,他正式拜齐白石之四子、
Wang Dongcheng, general manager of Liancheng Hotel in Xiangtan City, was born in 1945 in the hometown of Qi Baishi in Xiangtan County, Hunan Province. He admired white stone elders since childhood, love painting and calligraphy. In the 1960s, after graduating from the Beijing Institute of International Relations, Wang Dongchang volunteered to join the celebrities and the beautiful scenery of Nan Yue. Drawing on the advantages of Nanyue Painting and Calligraphy Club, he devoted himself to studying Chinese painting art and received guidance from famous artists in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and abroad. In 1986, Wang Dongchang was transferred to Xiangtan Foreign Affairs Office Deputy Director, and later transferred to Xiangtan City Liancheng Hotel General Manager so far.
