石家庄市经委组织全市工交系统开展的“设备管理与维修知识竞赛”活动,是一个推动企业职工学习、宣传、贯彻落实《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)的好做法。他们的做法是:首先确定参赛内容、范围和人员,明确进行知识竞赛的主要内容是《条例》和设备管理与维修的基础知识。然后将竞赛分三个阶段进行:第一阶段是由企业自行组织的竞赛。通过竞赛组成企业代表队,参加行业系统竞赛。第二阶段为行业系统内厂际竞赛,由各行业举办。参加厂际竞赛的代表队必须是由设备厂长、设备科(处)长、维修工和操作
