杭州机床厂是机电部骨干企业,平面磨床专业制造厂,以小批量、多品种的生产组织方式满足市场需求,为用户提供先进、适用、高效、可靠的机床。有30%的产品出口到美国、日本、西欧、东南亚等65个国家和地区。我厂从1981年开始推行VE,坚持10年,累计取得180项应用成果,获取经济效益1400万元。在推行VE的过程中,我们认真分析VE活动的“五性”特征,围绕这些特征,结合我厂实际,形成了VE活动的“五化”管理体系。总结出开展VE活动“十忌”经验。把VE活动纳入了企业生产经营管理的正常轨道,使之深入持久地开展下去。
Hangzhou Machine Tool Plant is a key enterprise in the electromechanical department and a professional manufacturer of surface grinders. It meets market demands with small-batch, multi-variety production organizations and provides users with advanced, applicable, efficient, and reliable machine tools. 30% of the products are exported to the United States, Japan, Western Europe, Southeast Asia and other 65 countries and regions. Our factory has implemented VE since 1981 and adhered to 10 years, accumulatively obtained 180 application results and obtained economic benefits of 14 million yuan. In the process of implementing VE, we carefully analyzed the “five characteristics” of VE activities. Around these characteristics, combined with the reality of our factory, we have formed a “five” management system for VE activities. Summarizes the experience of launching VE campaign “Ten Bogey”. The VE activities have been incorporated into the normal track of production, operation and management of enterprises, enabling them to be carried out in depth and in a sustained manner.
