党的十七大报告指出:教育是民族振兴的基石,教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。实现教育公平,就必须坚持以人为本,坚持以学生发展为本。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010～2020)》要求,推进义务教育均衡发展,以促进公平为重点,以提高质量为核心。教育公平的核心,就是每个受教育者都能接受平等的教育,受教育权都能得到平等的尊重。课堂教学,教师能够关注每个学生,让每个人都能得到不同程度的发展,这就是教育公平的具体体现。最近,大连市旅顺口区教师进修学校和《旅顺教育》编辑部组织了“课堂教学关注每个学生”的研讨交流,这是非常有意义的。本期刊发的是该区部分校长和教师的发言摘要,供大家借鉴参考。
The report of the 17th CPC National Congress pointed out: Education is the cornerstone of the rejuvenation of the nation. Education fairness is an important foundation for social fairness. To achieve fair education, we must adhere to people-oriented, adhere to the development of students. The “National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010 ~ 2020)” requires balanced development of compulsory education, focusing on promoting fairness and quality improvement at the core. The core of education fairness is that every educated person can receive equal education, and the right to education can be equally respected. Classroom teaching, teachers can focus on each student, so that everyone can get different levels of development, which is a concrete manifestation of educational equity. Recently, the Lushunkou District Dalian Teachers’ Training School and the Lushun Education Department organized a seminar on “Classroom Teaching Focusing on Each Student”, which is very meaningful. This issue is a summary of speeches made by some principals and teachers in the district for your reference.
