通过抽样调查,本文以大量扎实可靠的数据,从经济、教育、社会参与、婚姻家庭、健康、生活方式等角度比较全面地反映了改革开放以来,萧山妇女事业发展和妇女地位普遍提高的状况。与全国、全省平均水平相比,萧山妇女的社会地位处于较高的水平。文章分析了萧山妇女社会地位的提高的相关因素,也指出了存在的问题,并就促进妇女事业与社会经济事业同步发展提出了建议。
Through the sample survey, this paper, with a large amount of solid and reliable data, fully reflects the development of women’s career and the general improvement of the status of women in Xiaoshan since the reform and opening up from the aspects of economy, education, social participation, marriage and family, health and lifestyle. Compared with the national average and the provincial average, Xiaoshan women’s social status is at a high level. The paper analyzes the related factors of Xiaoshan women ’s social status, points out the existing problems and puts forward suggestions on how to promote the simultaneous development of women’ s career and social economy.
