氰化提金工艺已有百余年的历史,直到现在仍是普遍采用的主要提金工艺,但是其贫液含剧毒氰化物(200~1500毫克/升),直接排放污染环境,造成极大的危害.为克服上述工艺的不足,提出了贫液返回工艺(即贫液不外排而直接返回到氰化浸出槽循环)见图1.但此法并没有被广泛采用,据称,其主要原因是“贫液中积累起来的杂质组份对氰化浸出率有坏的影响”,事实说明不完全是这样.
