根据上级精神,结合实际,本着对各校广大师生人身及财产安全高度负责的原则,中心校特制订此计划。要求各单位高度重视,认真负责,抓紧落实。检查内容:(一)食品卫生安全1.学校食堂、小卖部是否有卫生许可证,从业人员是否持有健康证、上岗证,环境是否卫生。2.食堂是否有健全的管理制度,并张贴上墙。3.食品采购是否索票索证,查采购台帐,操作人员自身卫生是否规范,是否按规定程序进行操作。4.是否定期组织食堂人员进行安全意识、业务培训。
