该文分析了目前网络技术的特点，提出了一种利用ＩＰ多播传输视频的监控系统方案，能够实现多监控点、多层次的监控；同时，根据该方案实现了一个远程多点视频监控的原型，取得了良好的实验效果．
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current network technology and puts forward a monitoring system using IP multicast to transmit video, which can realize multi-monitoring and multi-level monitoring. At the same time, a remote multi-point video monitoring Prototype, and achieved good experimental results.
