该文进行4根预应力碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁预应力损失试验研究。在试验研究的基础上,基于国内外相关的混凝土结构规范给出预应力损失计算方法。为验证计算方法的有效性,对该文和其他学者的试验结果进行比较分析。试验结果表明,放张过程中预应力碳纤维布与锚具间滑移及锚具变形造成的瞬时损失是主要部分,占初始预应力的12.6%~18.2%,而时间依存的损失仅为初始预应力的2.3%~3.9%。胶体的养护时间对瞬时损失具有一定的影响。计算结果表明,该文建立的计算方法与试验值吻合较好,可以较有效地预测预应力损失。
In this paper, four prestressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic reinforced concrete beam prestress loss experimental study. Based on the experimental study, the calculation method of prestress loss is given based on the relevant domestic and international concrete structure codes. In order to verify the validity of the calculation method, the test results of this paper and other scholars are compared and analyzed. The test results show that the instantaneous loss caused by the slippage between the prestressed carbon fiber cloth and the anchorage and the deformation of the anchorage during the releasing process are the main parts, accounting for 12.6% ~ 18.2% of the initial prestress, while the time-dependent loss is only the initial pre-stress Stress 2.3% ~ 3.9%. Colloid maintenance time on the instantaneous loss has a certain impact. The calculation results show that the calculation method established in this paper is in good agreement with the experimental value, and the prestress loss can be predicted more effectively.
