当前我国生产方式正由密集型向技能型转变,现代化的生产手段使大批劳动力闲置;另一方面,每年有大批毕业生走出校门充实到社会各个岗位。面对严峻的就业形势,是观望等待还是积极应对、奋力拼搏,是每位技校生面临的首要问题。20世纪70年代一些西方国家和部分发展中国家,已经关注着经济社会中的两个热点:中小企业发展和就业问题。这给技工教育提出了新的课题,即如何培养一大批具有开创精神的小企业家,如何使那些具有一定文化知识和职业技能的毕业生自主就业。解决问题的重要思路之一是对技校学生进行创业教育,塑造良好的创业品质就成为技工教育的重要组成部分。创业教育是指以开发和提高青少年的创业基本素质,培养具有开创性个性的人才为目的教育。现从以下几方面谈谈本人的感悟:
At present, the mode of production in our country is shifting from intensive to skill-oriented. The modern means of production have left a large number of laborers idle. On the other hand, a large number of graduates each year have gone out of school to enrich all posts in the society. In the face of the severe employment situation, it is the primary problem confronting every technical school student that they wait and see or actively respond to their hard work. In the 1970s, some western countries and some developing countries have paid attention to two hot topics in economy and society: the development of SMEs and employment. This raises a new topic for mechanic education, that is, how to cultivate a large number of pioneering small entrepreneurs and how to make graduates who possess certain cultural knowledge and vocational skills to independently employ. One of the important ideas to solve the problem is to carry out entrepreneurship education for technical school students, and shaping a good entrepreneurial quality has become an important part of mechanic education. Entrepreneurship education refers to the development and promotion of young people’s basic qualities of entrepreneurship, cultivating pioneering and personalized talents for the purpose of education. Now from the following aspects of my sentiment:
