本文简要叙述了会计人员继续教育的现实意义;根据笔者亲身所历和调查,分析了若干影响会计人员继续教育效果和质量的原因;指出了提高会计人员继续教育效果和质量的对策。
This paper briefly describes the practical significance of continuing education for accountants. According to the author’s personal experience and investigation, it analyzes some reasons that affect the effectiveness and quality of continuing education of accountants and points out the countermeasures to improve the effect and quality of continuing education.
