目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)的表达及肿瘤血管形成与乳腺癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法 对 1 1 0例乳腺癌标本应用免疫组化 S- P法检测其微血管数 ( MVC)和 VEGF蛋白的表达 ,分析 MVC和 VEGF的表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 1 1 0例中 VEGF表达阳性率为 6 7.3% ,VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤脉管侵犯呈密切正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;乳腺癌的微血管数 ( MVC) X± S为 97.7± 4 2 .5个 ,MVC与淋巴结转移、肿瘤脉管侵犯呈密切正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;本组乳腺癌的 VEGF表达与 MVC呈密切正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 乳腺癌组织由于 VEGF等血管形成因子的明显增加 ,肿瘤血管大量形成 ,微血管数显著增加 ,促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。故检测乳腺癌组织中 MVC和 VEGF的表达状况有助于进一步了解乳腺癌的生物学行为 ,为指导乳腺癌术后综合治疗提供新的分子生物学指标
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the relationship between tumor angiogenesis and invasion and metastasis of breast cancer in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of MVC and VEGF in 110 cases of breast cancer. The relationship between the expression of MVC and VEGF and the clinicopathological factors of breast cancer was analyzed. Results The positive rate of VEGF expression was 61.3% in 110 cases. The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor vessel invasion (P <0.01). The number of microvessel (MVC) X ± S was 97.7 ± 42.5. There was a close positive correlation between MVC and lymph node metastasis and tumor vessel invasion (P <0.01). VEGF expression in this group was closely related to MVC (P <0. 0 1). Conclusion Due to the obvious increase of angiogenic factors such as VEGF, the number of tumor vessels in breast cancer tissues is increased, the number of microvessels is significantly increased, and the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer are promoted. Therefore, detecting the expression of MVC and VEGF in breast cancer tissue will help to further understand the biological behavior of breast cancer and provide new molecular biological indicators for postoperative comprehensive treatment of breast cancer
