本文基于对企业预算松弛产生动因及经济后果的研究,以预算编制松弛和预算执行松弛两个视角,从理论上辩证地分析企业预算松弛的影响因素及路径;利用结构方程模型对预算松弛在企业战略推进中的作用路径建模,以找出预算松弛成因在企业战略推进中的传导机制,在此基础上为企业如何缓解预算松弛提供研究路径,以此进一步丰富和完善预算松弛理论,改善企业全面预算管理效率,保障企业战略推进“落地”。
