《社保法》出台,为解决农民工的养老保险问题提供了法律依据,但是农民工养老保险问题向何处去,仍然是值得研究、需要研究的课题。充分了解农民工的养老保险需求是构建农民工养老保险制度模式的前提。本文以课题组在深圳地区的抽样调查数据为基础,应用SPSS统计分析软件,得到农民工养老保险需求的定性分析和Logistic实证分析结论,认为制约农民工养老保险有效需求的关键因素可归结为制度供给不足和设计缺陷。
The promulgation of the “Social Security Law” provides a legal basis for solving the problem of endowment insurance for migrant workers, but where are the migrant workers’ endowment insurance issues still worth researching and researching? To fully understand the demand of endowment insurance for migrant workers is the precondition of constructing the endowment insurance system for migrant workers. Based on the sample survey data of the research group in Shenzhen, the paper uses SPSS statistical analysis software to get the qualitative analysis and Logistic empirical analysis conclusion of migrant workers ’endowment insurance, and concludes that the key factors restricting the effective demand of migrant workers’ pension insurance can be attributed to the system Insufficient supply and design flaws.
