随着我国经济的快速发展,餐饮业也得到预期增长,餐饮业的增长率比其他行业高出十个百分点,市场潜力巨大,伴随而来的油烟管道火灾事故却时有发生,造成大量人员伤亡和财产损失,给社会带来严重危害和负面影响,引起广泛关注。作者在本文中通过大量油烟管道火灾案例,结合实际工作经验,认真研究分析此类火灾事故根源,提出较为合理的油烟管道设计方案,对确保管道油烟畅通、防控油烟管道火灾事故具有一定的指导意义。
