审计署对移送有关部门和单位处理的案件和事项,定期跟踪了解其办理情况。现将2013年上半年收集到的已办结38起案件和事项相关情况整理公告如下:一、北京市大兴区人大常委会原副主任李学元受贿案审计署2011年在审计中发现,2004年至2011年,李学元在担任大兴区建委主任期间,涉嫌利用职权为企业承揽拆迁业务等提供便利。2011年9月,审计署将此案件线索移送中央纪委监察部查处。2012年12月,北京市第二中级人民法院以受贿罪判处李学元无期徒刑,剥
