在我国的北方,气候寒冷,温差较大,为了减少热量的散失、阻止外界的伤害,管道外部通常需要采用一些保温材料加以覆盖,用以形成保护。保温层的存在的意义,既有为操作系统的运行保持需要的温度,也有避免管道因水分或腐蚀性物质的侵入。然而,现实中保温层下依然会发生金属材料腐蚀。本文针对保温层下腐蚀,从发生机理、腐蚀成因进行相应的研究,并结合发生于中石油的实例,探讨可用于预防、控制金属材料腐蚀的有效防护措施。
In the north of our country, the climate is cold and the temperature difference is relatively large. In order to reduce the heat loss and prevent the outside from being hurt, the exterior of the pipeline usually needs to be covered with some insulating materials to form the protection. The significance of the presence of insulation is that both the required temperature for operation of the operating system is maintained, as well as the intrusion of moisture or corrosive substances into the pipeline. However, the actual corrosion of metal materials still occurs under the insulation layer. In this paper, the corrosion under the insulation layer, from the occurrence mechanism, the cause of corrosion related research, combined with the case occurred in PetroChina, to explore effective preventive measures can be used to prevent and control the corrosion of metal materials.
