广东现代广告创意中心工程因建筑平面中部有一栋建筑需保留,导致该建筑上方的结构须做转换。在分析了实腹梁转换结构以及桁架转换结构在本工程中存在的问题后,提出了一种新的转换结构形式——拱转换结构。与实腹梁相比较,拱转换结构具有截面小、自重轻、竖向变形小等优点;与桁架转换结构相比,结构扭转减小,楼层刚度突变减小。通过本工程实际案例分析可知,拱转换结构受力具有以下特点:拱的受力控制工况为竖向荷载;拱轴力只有压力;拱的第一阶屈曲模态为面外失稳;拱推力消散较快。转换拱是本工程最关键的构件,针对该构件的设计,专门制定了相应的技术措施。大震分析以及节点应力分析结果反映这些措施给结构的安全可靠性提供了很好的保证。最后给出有关大样节点图,希望能给类似工程设计提供一些参考。
The construction of the Guangdong Modern Advertising Creative Center should be retained because of the central part of the building plan, resulting in the conversion of the structure above the building. After analyzing the problems of the actual gypsum conversion structure and the truss conversion structure in this project, a new conversion structure-arch conversion structure is proposed. Compared with the actual girder, the arch conversion structure has the advantages of small cross section, light weight and small vertical deformation. Compared with the truss conversion structure, the structure torsion decreases and the floor stiffness sudden change decreases. According to the actual case analysis of this project, the stress of the arch conversion structure has the following characteristics: the stress control condition of the arch is vertical; the arch axial force is only pressure; the first-order buckling mode of the arch is out-of-plane buckling; Thrust dissipated faster. Conversion arch is the most critical component of the project, for the design of the component, specially formulated the corresponding technical measures. The analysis of large earthquakes and the stress analysis results of the nodes reflect that these measures provide a good guarantee for the structural safety and reliability. In the end, we give a large node map, hoping to provide some reference for similar engineering design.
