城市绿地生态服务价值具有社会属性,价值大小因城市的经济发展水平的不同而不同。笔者以北京市为例,通过运用环境库兹涅兹曲线和Wolfram Alpha知识引擎,探究在现在环境污染条件和社会发展水平下,城市绿地生态服务价值的经济影响系数,从而对北京市城市绿地部分生态服务功能进行价值评估。结果表明:1)人均碳排放量、区域环境噪音、SO2排放量、氮氧化物排放量、烟尘排放量与人均GDP具有显著相关性,而废水排放量和化学需氧量与人均GDP不具有显著相关性。人均碳排放量、区域环境噪音、SO2排放量和氮氧化物排放量与人均GDP模拟的方程具有较高的拟合度,相关系数r均大于0.7。人均碳排放量与人均GDP关系呈倒“U”字型,区域环境噪音和SO2浓度与人均GDP的关系均呈倒“N”字型,三者均有“y=0”的污染零值;2)人均GDP对人均碳排放量、区域环境噪音和SO2浓度的影响系数分别为0.67、0.68、0.91;3)2010年北京市城市绿地固定CO2、释放O2、减少噪音和吸收SO2的生态服务价值依据传统的计算方法分别为80.64、0.06、11.93、0.16亿元,共92.80亿元;基于经济因素核算下的生态服务价值分别为54.03、0.0421、8.12、0.15亿元,共63.39亿元。此次研究为探究城市绿地生态服务价值引入社会发展因素,提出其社会属性概念提供参考。
The value of ecological service value of urban green space is social, and the value of urban green space varies with the level of urban economic development. Taking Beijing as an example, this paper explores the economic influence coefficient of ecological service value of urban green space under the current environmental pollution conditions and social development level by using the environment Kuznets Curve and Wolfram Alpha knowledge engine, Ecosystem services function value assessment. The results show that: 1) Per capita carbon emissions, regional environmental noise, SO2 emissions, nitrogen oxides emissions and soot emissions have significant correlation with per capita GDP, while wastewater discharge, COD and GDP per capita are not significant Correlation. The per-capita carbon emissions, regional environmental noises, SO2 emissions, and nitrogen oxide emissions have a good fit with the equation simulated per capita GDP, with correlation coefficients r greater than 0.7. The relationship between per capita carbon emission and per capita GDP was inverted U, the relationship between regional environmental noise and SO2 concentration and per capita GDP showed “N” shape, and all three had zero pollution value of “y = 0”; 2) The coefficient of per capita GDP on per capita emissions of carbon dioxide, regional environmental noise and SO2 concentration were 0.67, 0.68, 0.91 respectively; 3) In 2010, urban green land in Beijing fixed CO2, releasing O2, reducing noise and absorbing SO2 ecological service value According to the traditional calculation method, the value of ecological services under the accounting of economic factors were respectively 80.64, 0.06, 11.93 and 0.166 billion yuan, a total of 92.88 billion yuan; the value of ecological services under the economic factor accounting were 54.03,0.0421,812.015 billion yuan respectively, totaling 6.339 billion yuan. The study provides a reference for exploring the social development factors of urban greenland ecosystem service value and putting forward its concept of social attributes.
