通过Ames 试验、精子畸形试验、骨髓微核试验对小鼠进行了阿特拉津致突变性的研究。结果表明, 阿特拉津高剂量组(438 mg/kg) 的小鼠精子畸形率明显增高, 与阴性对照组比较差异显著( P< 0-05) , 但未见剂量- 反应关系。骨髓细胞微核试验及Ames 试验均为阴性, 各剂量组均无显著性差异( P> 0-05)
The Ames test, sperm deformity test and bone marrow micronucleus test were used to study atrazine mutagenicity in mice. The results showed that the sperm deformity rate of mice in the high-dose atrazine (438 mg / kg) group was significantly higher than that in the negative control group (P <0-05), but no dose-response relationship was found. Bone marrow cell micronucleus test and Ames test were negative, no significant difference between the various dose groups (P> 0-05)
