从1995年4月份以来,我们认真抓了农村低压线路的整改工作,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。电费由整改以前每千瓦时0.90元以上,降至每千瓦时0.65元,同时大大提高了安全用电水平,受到了农民的欢迎。在农村电网整改工作中,我们主要抓了以下几方面的工作。 1 提高认识,加强领导 我们对农村低压电网的整改工作非常重视,认真吸取了先进供电站关于低压整改的新经验,组织全乡农电工,对如何搞好低压整改进行了认真地讨论,大家一致认为我们乡是用电比较早的乡(镇)之一,由于设备陈旧,线路老化,漏电严重,加上管理不严,使我乡电价居高不下。进行低压电网整改,对于减轻农民负担,提高电网安全水平,保证人身和设备安全,发展农村经济是非常必要的。为此,我们成立了农村电网整改领导小组,由乡长任组长,供电站站长任副组长。乡领导小组深入整改村、组指导整改工作,对整改工作出现的问题及时研究、解决,从而保障了整改工作的顺利进行。
Since April 1995, we have seriously tackled the rectification of low-voltage lines in rural areas and have achieved significant economic and social benefits. The electricity tariff has been reduced from RMB 0.90 per kilowatt-hour prior to rectification to RMB 0.65 per kilowatt-hour. At the same time, the level of safe electricity usage has been greatly increased and has been welcomed by farmers. In the work of rectifying rural power grids, we mainly focused on the following aspects of work. 1 Raise awareness and strengthen leadership We attach great importance to the rectification work of rural low-voltage power grids. We have seriously learned new experiences from low-voltage rectification at advanced power supply stations, and organized the township farmers and electricians to discuss seriously how to improve low-voltage rectification. We believe that our township is one of the townships (towns) that used electricity earlier. Due to outdated equipment, old lines, and severe electrical leakage, coupled with lax management, the electricity price in our township has remained high. To carry out low-voltage power grid rectification, it is necessary to reduce the burden on farmers, improve the safety level of the power grid, ensure personal and equipment safety, and develop the rural economy. To this end, we have established a leading group for rural power grid rectification, with the township head as the leader and the power station chief as the deputy head. The township leadership team has in-depth reformed villages and groups to guide the rectification work, timely research and solve the problems arising from the rectification work, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the rectification work.
