目的:探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23-H1表达产物nm23-H1mRNA在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR及Southernblot方法,检测27例胰腺癌及7例正常胰腺组织中nm23-H1mRNA的表达。结果:7例正常胰腺组织仅1例表达nm23-H1mRNA,占14.28%,27例胰腺癌标本中有19例表达nm23-H1mRNA,占70.25%。经卡方检验发现:nm23-H1mRNA表达与胰腺癌病理分级、临床分期及伴随局部淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:检测nm23-H1mRNA表达对判断胰腺癌恶性程度及预测预后有重要参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the expression of nm23-H1 mRNA, a metastasis suppressor gene, in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with prognosis. Methods: The expression of nm23-H1 mRNA in 27 cases of pancreatic cancer and 7 cases of normal pancreas was detected by RT-PCR and Southern blot. Results: In 7 cases of normal pancreatic tissue, only one case expressed nm23-H1 mRNA, accounting for 14.28%. Among 27 cases of pancreatic cancer, 19 cases expressed nm23-H1 mRNA, accounting for 70.25%. After chi-square test, it was found that the expression of nm23-H1 mRNA was significantly correlated with pathological grade, clinical stage and regional lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection of nm23-H1 mRNA expression has important reference value in judging the malignant degree of pancreatic cancer and predicting the prognosis.
