基于东露天煤矿的基本开采现状,主要介绍了单斗挖掘机自移式破碎机半连续开采系统,对此半连续系统的工艺流程及相关环节和有关参数进行了研究分析。采用Simio软件,以作业循环时间最短、产量最高为目标,对开采系统中挖掘机的挖掘旋转角度建立优化模型,并结合国内露天矿实例数据对模型进行优化,进而将优化结果应用于实际生产中,以降低各机械协调配合损耗时间,优化工艺程序,提高工作效率。
Based on the basic mining status of East open-pit coal mine, the semi-continuous mining system of self-moving shredder with single-bucket excavator is mainly introduced. The technological process, related links and related parameters of this semi-continuous system are studied and analyzed. Simio software is used to optimize the model for the digging rotation angle of the excavator in the mining system with the shortest cycle time and the highest output. The model is optimized according to the data of the domestic opencast mine and the optimization result is applied to the actual production , To reduce the coordination of machinery with the loss of time, optimize process procedures and improve work efficiency.
