本文报告1987年4月至1989年6月用丙双吗啉治疗恶性淋巴瘤28例的近期疗效和毒性反应。全组病例均经病理证实,其中何杰金病5例,非何杰金淋巴瘤21例和皮肤淋巴瘤2例。治疗方案分单用组和联合用药组。联合用药方案为丙双吗啉、强的松和长春新碱。单用组有效率(CR+PR)68.7％。联合用药组有效率(CR+PR)83.3％。毒副反应主要是白细胞下降87.5％,食欲减退75％,疲乏43.7％,恶心25％和脱发12.5％。少数病人有短期轻度SGPT和BUN升高。
This article reports the short-term efficacy and toxicity of 28 cases of malignant lymphoma treated with procarbazine from April 1987 to June 1989. All cases were confirmed by pathology, including Hodgkin’s disease in 5 cases, 21 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and 2 cases of cutaneous lymphoma. Treatment sub-group and combination group. Combination regimens for the C double morpholine, prednisone and vincristine. The single-use group efficiency (CR + PR) 68.7%. The combination group was effective (CR + PR) 83.3%. Toxic side effects are mainly leukopenia 87.5%, loss of appetite 75%, fatigue 43.7%, nausea 25% and hair loss 12.5%. A small number of patients have short-term mild SGPT and elevated BUN.
