记录是科学研究和探索的重要步骤。在科学探究中,正是记录帮助孩子们用客观的视角、用基于事实的客观语言和证据,解释自然,认识自然,理解自然。在幼儿园科学活动中,教师有必要指导幼儿将自己的发现、操作的过程和结果等信息用绘画、表格、符号或口语等方式记录下来.以便帮助幼儿对实际操作结果进行分析、整理、归纳,不仅使他们的认识趋向客观、准确,而且促使幼儿更认真地观察、思考,并在积累感性经验的基础上形成尊重事实、尊重证据的科学态度,同时逐渐养成收集信息、处理信息的能力。
