近年来,随着国家经济的不断发展,人民生活水平也在不断的提高过程中。在满足了物质需求之后,对于精神文明的发展提出了更高的要求。群众文化作为精神文明建设的重要组成部分,成为了基层文化主管部门的重要工作方向和内容。群众文化的先进与否,代表这基层文化组织的工作成效高低;群众文化的健康与否,检验着基层文化机构的工作内容和方向。本文笔者就当前基层群众文化组织的工作现状,结合自身的一些工作经验,谈谈新时期如何有效的做好群众文化工作,希望对基层群众文化工作的改革和创新提供一些浅显的帮助和参考。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the national economy, the living standard of the people is constantly improving. After meeting the material needs, the development of spiritual civilization put forward higher requirements. As an important part of the construction of spiritual civilization, mass culture has become an important work direction and content for grassroots cultural departments. The advanced or not of mass culture represents the effectiveness of this grass-roots cultural organization; whether the mass culture is healthy or not, tests the content and direction of grass-roots cultural institutions. The author of the current grass-roots mass cultural organizations, the status quo, with some of their own work experience, talk about how to effectively carry out mass cultural work in the new era, hoping to reform and innovation of the grass-roots mass cultural work to provide some simple help and reference.
