医院财务管理过程中,预算管理、收入与支出管理及来往帐目管理等均存在一定现实问题,而采用精益管理的方法,可以改善成本控制中存在的随意性、主观性的问题,提高预算管理的水平,帮助医院管理人员缩短决策周期。本文就针对医院财务管理中精益化管理模式的应用进行讨论,在分析医院财务管理存在的问题的基础上,应用精益管理模式提高医院财务管理的有效性,并提出几点建议措施。
There are some practical problems in the process of hospital financial management, such as budget management, revenue and expenditure management, and the management of accounts from one another. However, adopting the method of lean management can improve the arbitrariness and subjectivity in cost control and improve the management of budget Level to help hospital managers shorten the decision-making cycle. This article discusses the application of lean management in hospital financial management. Based on the analysis of existing problems in hospital financial management, this paper applies lean management to improve the effectiveness of hospital financial management and puts forward some suggestions.
