通过研究脑心通胶囊在脑缺血损伤的神经保护效应,推动其在脑梗死疾病中的临床应用。从影响一氧化氮合酶(NOS)表达、抑制炎性细胞因子的表达、抑制Caspase-3表达、影响血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达、下调MMP-2、MMP-9表达五个方面阐述了脑心通胶囊在NOS和炎性因子,细胞凋亡因子等方面的影响,和脑心通的最新机制的研究进展。表明脑心通胶囊具有广泛的实验基础和临床疗效,值得进一步研究和应用。
Through studying the neuroprotective effect of Naoxintong capsule in cerebral ischemic injury and promoting its clinical application in cerebral infarction diseases. The effects of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), the expression of inflammatory cytokines, the expression of Caspase-3, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 Naoxintong capsule in NOS and inflammatory factors, apoptosis and other aspects of the impact, and the latest mechanism of Naoxintong research progress. That Naoxintong capsule has a wide range of experimental basis and clinical efficacy, it is worth further study and application.
