“斜轴等角切圆柱投影”是最适合于作为编制长距离航行图的数学基础。总的性能简单地说就是斜麦卡脱等角切圆柱投影，因而在主航线上的变形等于零，而距主航线三百公里的范围以内，投影引起的变形对于飞行基本上是没有影响。自从苏联设计出“图104”、“图110”长距离飞行的飞机后，编制长距离的航行图更为需要。本文的目的就为编制这种地图的投影提供一个参考意见。
Oblique Cylindrical Cylindrical Projection is the most suitable mathematical basis for compiling long-haul charts. The overall performance is simply the diagonal cut-off cylindrical projection of diagonal carda so the deformation on the main course equals zero and within 300 kilometers of the main course, the deformation caused by the projection has essentially no effect on the flight. Since the Soviet Union has designed long-haul aircraft “Figure 104” and “Figure 110”, compilation of long-distance charts is even more necessary. The purpose of this article provides a reference for the preparation of such a projection of the map.
