中国建筑学会工程勘察学术委员会于1981年11月16日至21日在南京召开了地下水资源评价、合理开采与保护专题学术会议。来自全国各省、市、自治区及各部委的代表128名出席了会议。会议共交流论文87篇。这次会议是按四个专题进行讨论的。这四个专题是:一、地下水资源评价;二、岩溶水、裂隙水的赋存条件与资源评价;三、数学模型及水文地质参数计算;四、地下水资源的合理开采利用、保护与管理。与会代表认为,当前我国地下水资源虽然很丰富,但按人口平均却低于世界大多数国家,而且水资源在地区分布上是很不平衡的,这说明它在时间和空间分布上变化较大。同一些发达国家一样,很多水源地遭污染。因此说地下水资源评价不是单一技术问题,而应采用多学科进行综合性研究。另外,建议在一些有条
Academic Committee of Chinese Academy of Engineering Engineering Survey held a special academic conference on groundwater resources evaluation, rational exploitation and protection in Nanjing from November 16 to November 21, 1981. 128 representatives from all provinces, cities, autonomous regions and various ministries attended the conference. Meeting a total exchange of papers 87 articles. This meeting is discussed on four topics. The four topics are: First, the evaluation of groundwater resources; Second, karst water, fissure water conditions and resource evaluation; Third, mathematical models and hydrogeological parameters calculation; Fourth, rational exploitation of groundwater resources, protection and management. The delegates thought that although China’s groundwater resources are very rich at present, its average population is lower than that of most countries in the world, and the distribution of water resources in the region is very uneven. This shows that it has changed greatly in time and space distribution. Like many developed countries, many water sources are polluted.
