《集邮博览》2000年6、7期发表了李明等先生《外国在华邮政属于中国邮政史范畴》文章后,张莘农先生在《集邮博览》2001年4期发表《“外国在华邮政”不属于中国邮政史范畴》一文,提出了相反的看法;李明等先生在《集邮博览》2001年8期发表《再论外国在华邮政属中国邮政史范畴》文章,作出进一步的探讨;王微先生在《集邮博览》2001年11期发表《依然值得商榷》一文,谈了自己的观点。此后一年多来,未见有人再撰文探讨。
