近年来毫米波频段的研究工作在国内方兴未艾。在毫米波技术中,高Q谐振腔有着广泛的用途,但一般认为毫米波金属腔制作困难、价格昂贵、Q值不高。我所为配合毫米波技术开发工作的需要,开展了8毫米螺旋波导高Q腔的研制工作,业已制成Q值大于10~4量级的谐振腔,模式纯度高,成本低。可用于精密微调波长计(分辨率可达10~(-6)、外腔式稳频器、滤波器及雷达回波箱等。
In recent years, the study of millimeter-wave frequency band has been on the rise in China. In millimeter-wave technology, high-Q resonators have a wide range of uses, but millimeter-wave metal cavities are generally considered to be difficult, expensive, and Q-value not high. In order to meet the need of millimeter-wave technology development, I developed the development of 8-mm helical waveguide high-Q cavity. It has been made into a resonant cavity with a Q value higher than 10 ~ 4. The model has high purity and low cost. Can be used for precision fine-tuning wavelength meter (resolution up to 10 ~ (-6), external cavity frequency stabilizers, filters and radar echo box.
