针对目前机械行业客户导向的市场需求,提出一种基于三重接口的可适应性数字化平台的设计方法。以起重机卷筒作为对象,结合其设计特点,引入可适应设计的概念,并对卷筒设计进行可适应性规划。基于数字化平台技术,将三重接口技术运用于平台开发,给出了三重接口实现的基本流程。最后,本文采用VB6.0作为开发软件,基于三重接口技术,结合Access、Solidworks和Ansys通用软件,建立了卷筒组的可适应性数字化平台。
Aiming at the current market demand of customer oriented machinery industry, a design method of adaptable digital platform based on triple interface is proposed. Crane reel as an object, combined with its design features, the introduction of adaptable design concepts, and reel design adaptability planning. Based on the digital platform technology, the triple interface technology is applied to the platform development, and the basic flow of the triple interface is given. Finally, this paper uses VB6.0 as development software, based on the triple interface technology, combined with Access, Solidworks and Ansys general software, established a reel group adaptive digital platform.
