国家中长期教育发展纲要的出台,对职教教师师队伍建设提出了新的更高要求,如何进一步保证规模、调整结构、加强管理、提高素质,是职业教育健康可持续发展的关键。十一五期间,职业学校的教师队伍建设取得了可喜的成绩,但还存在教师数量不足,结构不合理、素质低下等问题,影响和制约了职业教育的发展。本文就新形势下如何加强中职教师队伍建设谈点意见。
The promulgation of the outline of national medium and long-term education has raised new and higher requirements for the building of VET teachers. How to further ensure the scale, adjust the structure, strengthen management and improve the quality are the keys to the healthy and sustainable development of VET. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the construction of teachers in vocational schools has made gratifying achievements, but there are still some problems such as the shortage of teachers, unreasonable structure and low quality, which affects and restricts the development of vocational education. This article talks about how to strengthen the construction of secondary vocational school teachers under the new situation.
