为研究八氯环腺苷酸(8-Cl-cAMP)对高转移性人肺巨细胞癌(PGCC)细胞的诱导分化作用,作者应用细胞培养、MTT方法、体外浸润和集落形成实验检测了经8-Cl-cAMP处理后PGCC细胞的生长、浸润和集落形成能力。结果表明:8-Cl-cAMP在10~20μmol/L浓度就能有效地抑制PGCC细胞的生长、浸润和集落形成。提示8-Cl-cAMP能有效地诱导肿瘤细胞分化,这为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的生物学工具。
To study the effect of octachlorocyclic adenosine (8-Cl-cAMP) on the induction of differentiation of highly metastatic human lung giant cell carcinoma (PGCC) cells, the authors examined cell growth, MTT assays, in vitro infiltration, and colony formation assays. The ability of PGCC cells to grow, infiltrate, and colony after 8-Cl-cAMP treatment. The results showed that 8-Cl-cAMP could effectively inhibit the growth, invasion and colony formation of PGCC cells at a concentration of 10-20 μmol/L. It is suggested that 8-Cl-cAMP can effectively induce the differentiation of tumor cells, which provides a new biological tool for the treatment of tumors.
