如今石油石化行业的许多加油站都聘请了社会监督员,以及时发觉一线服务中存在的问题,便于更好地改进工作,但往往效果不佳,容易流于形式。据此,笔者建议,可以试着请一些工作了二三十年的离退休员工参与暗访监督。
Many petrol stations in the oil and petrochemical industry employ social supervisors today to detect problems in first-line services in a timely manner so that they can better their jobs better. However, these petrol stations are often ineffective and can easily become mere formalities. Accordingly, the author suggests that you may try to invite some retired employees who have worked for 20 to 30 years to participate in the unannounced visits.
